Beshara Gathering 2008 at Chisholme
This year’s Gathering was a very expansive event, which stretched over three days – animated conversation, excellent food, live entertainment in the evenings. Much of the conversation focused on what Beshara is about today, and what this might mean for each one of us. Considerable time was given also to news of far-reaching changes, which are taking place at the school this year. Tribute was paid to Deborah Bohn, who died earlier this summer.

December 2008 – Visit Turkey with the Beshara School
As part of the Six-month Intensive Introductory Course which runs at the Beshara School in Chisholme (Scotland), a trip to Turkey is organised each year. The trip visits places of spiritual, historical and cultural significance.
Participation is possible also for people who are not students of the school. The normal dates for the visit are 8th-21st December, but rising costs mean that a trip on this basis might cost £800-900 so it’s possible that the trip may need to be shortened. Please email secretary@beshara.org for more information.
